The stay was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished. The staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly — especially Dian at the reception, who was outstanding and made check-in smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool and gym were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The location is also perfect — close to key attractions in Erbil. Highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every aspect — from the excellent location and outstanding services to the exceptional cleanliness and the highly professional staff, especially the front desk team. I would like to especially mention the front desk manager for her warm smile and helpful attitude, as well as Mr. Zana, whose integrity and constant willingness to assist and support in every way were truly appreciated. My full respect to all the staff and the refined management.

Everything about the property is very good. The staff is exceptional. Outstanding customer service. Tariq from the front is on top of everything and made sure we get all what we need. We had a situation where we needed a doctor and within 15 mins the doctor was there. Everything about our stay was exceptional and big thanks to the staff.

The Erbil Rotana was a lovely place to stay and has a lot to offer onsite. Basílico had a wide range of delicious traditional Italian dishes and good wine to choose from - I highly recommend the Tagliatelle Bolognese! Flavours had many different options on their buffet line and the quality of the food was great. The outdoor pool was a big plus and there was plenty of lounge seating and greenery to view. The Breeze restaurant and bar was nestled right next to the pool and was easy to access. Bond Lounge has some great iced coffees you can order as well as some good beer on tap. I definitely recommend the Club Rotana if you plan to stay onsite for a lot of your trip, the finger food in the afternoon was very good and offered a variety of small sandwiches, fruits, and pastries and the hors d’oeuvres in the evening have a variety of small dishes along with the drink selection and the helpful staff that is more than willing to make you a cocktail or two. It was very nice that there was always staff at the Club Rotana to assist you or to offer you a coffee, tea, or water while you were in the lounge. All of the staff we encountered was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay at the Erbil Rotana again!

It was my third time of staying in the hotel and each time was great. The staff were friendly and helpful Specially a Syrian woman “Yasemen” who was in VIP Lounge and She was extremely kind and polite which is priceless.

Rooms very spacious. Bed very comfy was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet in the morning was really nice. The pool & gym facilities were good also. All the staff are super friendly and extra helpful especially the reception staff/pool staff & bar staff!

The excellent facilities. 4 restaurants to choose from with excellent food . Staff were very helpful especially as I was travelling alone. A driver was also available to take me into the city centre to visit the citadel and bazaar.
